Join us at the Kirkfield Westwood Community Centre on June 12th from 6:30–10:00 PM for a high-energy Neon Glow Party, a theme the students chose. The night will be filled with music, connection, and plenty of fun as our DJ keeps the dance floor going.

We’re excited to celebrate our Grade 8 students at Lincoln Middle School’s Year-End Farewell! This special evening celebrates friends and marks an important milestone together.
Students can visit the photo booth to capture memories with friends and take home keepsakes. Admission includes two slices of pizza, a pop, and silent auction tickets, with additional participation opportunities throughout the evening.
This is a meaningful moment for our students, and we’re proud to create an experience that is fun, safe, and memorable. We look forward to celebrating together - don’t forget to come ready to glow!

Important Event Guidelines
To ensure a safe and enjoyable evening for all students, we ask that families review the following expectations carefully:
This is a zero-tolerance event for inappropriate behaviour. Students must conduct themselves respectfully at all times.
Entry is limited to Lincoln Middle School Grade 8 students who have purchased a ticket. No outside guests will be permitted.
For student safety, only the parent/guardian listed as the primary contact may pick up their child.
Photo ID will be required at pick-up.
We appreciate your support in helping us create a fun, safe, and memorable farewell for our students.
We’re looking for a 10-12 parent volunteers to help ensure the evening runs smoothly on the night of. If you’re available and would like to be part of this special event, please indicate your interest when completing your registration.
We are also forming a small subcommittee to support the silent auction, including gathering donations and organizing prize packages leading up to the event. If this is something you’d enjoy helping with, we’d love to have you involved.
Volunteer Opportunities
If ordering tickets for multiple students, you must submit one per student.
Payment instructions will appear after your ticket request has been submitted.
Once payment is received your students name will be added to our door list. No physical ticket will be given.
